Who: Team based sports with athletes between the ages of 7 & 18
What: 8 or 10 week Speed & Agility Clinics focusing on linear game acceleration and multidirectional movement for increased athleticism.
When: Select 60 minute training sessions available Monday through Thursday from March through May during the evening hours.
Note: Speed Sessions can be merged with scheduled practices as they are not high in intensity or aerobically focused.
Where: At your respective fields or parks (certificate of insurance provided)
Why: Speed is a necessary trait to acquire and develop in sport and is a skill that must be worked on diligently.
